Certified suppliers can showcase their products and buyers can source certified organic products easily. Our sourcing platform offers access to bulk ingredients, branded or retail ready goods and private label products across verticals like Food & Beverage, Beauty, Household, Packaging and Textiles. All suppliers are verified in-house: we authenticate their business registration and organic/ecolabel certificates. We have thousands of users from over 140 countries connecting on Ekowarehouse everyday. Buyers can join for free and message suppliers directly. Suppliers pay an annual membership fee

Ekowarehouse is a global online B2B platform for certified organic and ecolabel products, connecting suppliers and trade buyers, just like an online tradeshow. 

Ekowarehouse serves the entire B2B supply chain- everyone except the end consumer.

Suppliers can be: manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, farmers, growers, producers, exporters and brands- basically any company looking to showcase their certifed organic/ecolabel goods in a B2B capacity.

Buyers can be: processors looking for bulk ingredients, brands looking for private label goods, sourcing/procurement managers, large retailers, small retailers, health food shops, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, agents, importers and brand creators- basically anyone looking to source certified organic/ecolabel goods in a B2B capacity.

Ekowarehouse.com is wholly owned by Ekowarehouse Limited, a Hong Kong S.A.R., China limited company.

A2 – You no longer have access to the email address that was used to set up the account. Please contact us at help@ekowarehouse.com and we can help you reset the account.

Each account has one user profile attached to it. The account username is an email address. The user profile can be managed by anyone with the user login information (email address and password) but we do not recommend that a user profile be managed by more than one person for consistency and safety purposes.

You can deactivate your account if you want your company and profile information to no longer appear on our site by contacting us at hello@ekowarehouse.com. Note: we do not offer refunds after a membership has been paid for and a supplier has been approved, except in extenuating circumstances.

We work as hard as possible to ensure that the supplier profile verification process is completed within 24 to 72 hours from when it was submitted.

Your supplier profile will be live on the site once we have successfully: 1) verified your government issued company/business license/documentation, 2) verified at least one organic/ecolabel certification (for a list of what programs/labels we accept, check here), 3) you have completed all your required company details, 4) you have added at least one product profile and 5) you have successfully completed your supplier membership payment. 

If one or more of the above is missing, your profile and your products will not appear live on Ekowarehouse and your company will not appear in search results.

If your account was not approved, you should have received an email detailing why and suggesting solutions. Please email us at approval@ekowarehouse.com if you have not received this email.

We take profile verification very seriously. Your business registration provides legal proof that your company exists in your country and is engaged in the business activity listed on your profile. We regret that we are unable to approve a supplier account without a valid business registration.

We regret that do not offer refunds once a membership has been paid for and a supplier has been approved, except in extenuating circumstances. If yours is a special case, you can make a request at refunds@ekowarehouse.com and we will do our best to find an equitable solution.

The term certified on Ekowarehouse.com means that a third party audit has been conducted by an accredited certifying agency on the product against the standards of one of the internationally recognized organic certification programs or ecolabel programs that we work with. At Ekowarehouse, we only accept certified organic and ecolabel products that have one of the over 50+ non-profit and/or governmental seals and standards on our approved list. Ekowarehouse is focused on showcasing certified organic products who are certified according to one of the 50+ non-profit and/or governmental standards listed here

We don't work with cultural/dietary labels like kosher or halal or vegan, nor with safety labels like HACCP or ISO. However, you are more than welcome to mention your additional certification in your company description on your supplier profile.

If you believe your certification is relevant to our site and would like to have it included, please write to us at certification@ekowarehouse.com and we will fully consider your request. The Ekowarehouse Responsivenes Score is a gauge of a supplier's communication quality. The percentage is a score based on whether or not they respond to buyer enquiries and how long they take to do so- the higher a Responsiveness Score, the better.
