IMPORTANT Pricing & Plans Information
Currency
All plans are listed and charged in United State Dollars (USD).*
Payment Frequency
Payments are to be made in full on a yearly basis upon sign up to Ekowarehouse. We do not accept monthly payments. In order for your profile and products to appear live on Ekowarehouse.com, payment must be completed in full.
Payment Gateway
All payments are made using our secure online payment gateway. We accept payments from all major international credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and China Union Pay.
Ekowarehouse Supplier Verification Process
In order for your supplier company profile and product profile(s) to be live on Ekowarehouse.com once, the following steps conditons must be met: 1) Ekowarehouse needs to successfully verify your government issued company/business license/documentation, 2) Ekowarehouse needs to successfully verify at least one of your organic/ecolabel certification (for a list of what programs/labels we accept, check here), 3) you need to have completed all the required company details in your profile, 4) you need to have added at least one completed product profile and 5) you need to have successfully completed your membership plan payment.
If one or more of the above is missing, your profile and your products will not appear live on Ekowarehouse and your company will not appear in search results.
Refunds
Ekowarehouse Limited does not provide payment refunds after a membership has been paid for. If yours is an exceptional case, you can make a special request at refunds@ekowarehouse.com and we will do our best to find an equitable solution.
